What is User Identity Verification?
Recent attacks on major UK retailers (including M&S, Harrods and Co-op) highlight the risk of social-engineering and account takeover. Verifying identity before making changes is a simple, effective control that materially reduces that risk. Ziptech are introducing a system called CyberQP (Quickpass) to verify users before we carrying our IT changes, please see the video below for more information.
